Can you remember the first time you ever drove a car? Remember the freedom, excitement and all the new possibilities it brought? Well Full Trimix is going to give you the keys to the underwater kingdom. This course is for those divers who have a need to dive to depths of up to 330 fsw (100 msw). Whether it’s exploring shipwrecks, caves, deep walls and reefs, or seeing rare, different ocean life, Full Trimix is designed for you. Konaquatica offers those divers ready to go to this level quality, comprehensive IANTD training. IANTD was the very first training agency to train open water divers to dive trimix.
At this level, the skills should already be very familiar, but in this course they are even more rigorous. Expect to have at least four hours of dive time, and with Konaquatica’s IANTD Full Trimix course, count on even more. Two stages are carried, two gas switches made, and all dives will be made as a dive team.
Kona, Hawaii is simply ideal for trimix training…beautiful warm water with exceptional visibility, great weather conditions and easy access to deeper water close by shore, so you don’t waste precious time with long boat rides. Add in the mix of large and small animals found here off the Kona coast such as dolphins, whales, mantas as well as the chance of seeing rare angels and butterfly fish and you’ll realize why this is the perfect place to take your Trimix Diver course. You may also have the opportunity to enjoy some of our wrecks and structure as well.
By this level of diving you probably already know how to dive with a drysuit, so why not do your trimix in warm, tropical conditions? Remember: Konaquatica Dive Center has its own boat and full mixing station, so course scheduling is never a problem. We also have a full line of technical gear rentals so you can travel light and really focus on your Trimix Diver class.
By the time you’re done, you’ll not only have received top training at this level, but also lot of experiences and memories which will make you glad you trained in Hawaii with Konaquatica. You’ll then have the new keys to the underwater kingdom, all the way down to 330 feet.
