PADI Referral Certifications

Complete your open water check-out dives in the beautiful warm, clear, fish-filled waters of Hawaii.  Have one of our expert scuba instructors accompany and supervise you, while you do four dives over the course of two days.   Demonstrate your ability to perform the skills. After successfully completing this, be issued your Open Water Certification.  Then you can continue to dive as a fully certified diver.

Your four dives are all geared to give you experience and fun.   Matter of fact, the first dive is strictly a tour to allow you to relax, get comfortable and to start to enjoy your time underwater.   Then on your next three dives we will have you go through the skills one-by-one.  Naturally our instructor will brief you, remediate as necessary, and answer any questions.  They are here to help you to become a diver safely and professionally.  It will be up to you to demonstrate your mastery of the skills to them.

In addition, fully enjoy our boat, plus snacks, lunch and beverages.   All your scuba gear is included (though we suggest having your own mask, fins and snorkel).  You will need to bring your referral paperwork from your original instructor, two passport type photos, your logbook, a timing device (watch) suitable for underwater use and your completed medical form.  If you answered any questions on the form as “yes” then we will also need a doctor’s letter stating that you are cleared to dive.

Start your diving adventures in lovely, warm Hawaiian waters with Konaquatica Dive Center’s professionals.  Proudly and happily return home as a certified diver.

Konaquatica’s Referrals are $350 for two divers or more, including gear, or $400 for a private one-on-one.  We invite you to contact us to make your Referral arrangements.  Now you can complete your goal of becoming a certified diver while having safe, fun and memorable experiences on the world-famous Kona reefs.
